Customer Orders
When you place an order with us, in doing so, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. If you do not understand any part of these Terms and Conditions, please contact us either by telephone, email or by post (details below) before placing an order with us. By placing an order on our website you are making an offer to purchase the goods as outlined in your order subject to these Terms and Conditions.
When you place an order with us, we will require your name, address, email address and telephone number. This information is required in order to process your order and to inform you of our acceptance of your order. A contact telephone number is required in case we need to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged by email, but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy has been accepted. A contract for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been processed and payment has been received and the order has been despatched or collected by you. We may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you by telephone or email. Below are some reasons why orders may be declined:
We may decline your order if the product that you ordered is out of stock.
There is a product description error or pricing error.
We have not received your payment in full.
Royal Mail or any other courier or delivery company are unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including accidents and bad weather.
We reserve the right to decline any order without explanation.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that descriptions and prices are accurate. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price of any goods resulting from price increases from our suppliers or if an error or omission has occurred and the price listed for the goods is incorrect whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. All prices are inclusive of vat.
If a product is out of stock we may offer you an alternative or the option to cancel your order. Occasionally goods are subject to availability and a delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates that we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate. We shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delivery delay.
Special offers may only be available from the Temptations shop and not available on the website and vise versa.
Delivery
When we receive your order, we aim to despatch items on the same day Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). However, at busy times same day despatch may not always be possible.
We have the right to refuse to delivery to a secondary address. We carry out postcode verification checks.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch please contact us by telephone or email.
Returns & Refunds
We are pleased to offer a 30 day returns policy. You may return the item to us for an exchange or refund providing that it is returned to us in the same new condition as sold. Boxed items may be opened but the box should not be damaged in anyway. Items must be returned complete with any guarantees, instructions, gift cards, and all original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags and a copy of the purchase invoice all items should be in the same new saleable condition as when sent. Refunds will only be issued when we have received and inspected the returned item. Buyer pays the return postage and is responsible for the returned item until it is in our possession. In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of earrings or body jewellery which are excluded because of Health & Hygiene Regulations and excluded from Distance Selling Regulations. We will process your refund via the same payment method used and we aim to issue refunds within 5 working days.

We would recommend that you use a signed for delivery option. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage with the exception of items with manufacturing faults goods. Any loss of goods or damage in transit whilst being returned to Temptations Fine Jewellery (Temptations) will be deemed the responsibility of the sender and not the responsibility of Temptations Fine Jewellery (Temptations).
If you are returning goods with manufacturing faults it is important that you wait for a reply to your return request which will have instructions regarding which postage option we would like you to use.
If goods are damaged in transit, please retain the damaged outer packaging so that a claim can be made to the delivery company. We reserve the right to ask customers to provide photographic evidence of broken or damaged goods at our discretion.
Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. Refunds will only include the cost of goods.
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Products found to have manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded as applicable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
